We're operators who got tired of AI consultants who don't ship.
So we built the company we wished existed — one that builds and runs the agents instead of selling you another strategy deck.
Why we started Ramped AI
I came up through commercial banking, working with owner-operators across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. The same problem showed up everywhere: too much manual work and too little time to fix it.
That is why I built Ramped AI. Operators do not need another strategy deck. They need software that ships, runs, and keeps working after the kickoff call ends.
So we build, deploy, and run the agents on a flat monthly fee. If they are not live in 30 days, you do not pay.
— Jonathan Roh, Founder
How we work, in three lines.
We ship working software.
No strategy decks. No "AI roadmap" deliverables. We build agents that run inside your real systems — HubSpot, NetSuite, Slack — and we put them in production.
30 days, or it's free.
One go-live deadline. One flat fee. If your first agent isn't running in production by day 30, we refund the engagement. No partial payments, no fine print.
Operators only.
We work with companies running real businesses — distribution, services, B2B. Not pre-revenue startups. Not AI-curious enterprises looking for a pilot. Operators who need leverage right now.
Small, senior, and shipping.
We stay deliberately small so the people scoping your build are the same people writing the code.

Jonathan Roh
A University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business grad and Dean's List honoree, Jonathan started his career in commercial banking. He spent years across the desk from owner-operators in manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
After hundreds of those conversations, he kept seeing the same pattern. Manual workflows eating hours every week. Customer responses going out late. Businesses ready to scale getting held back by their own ops. That was the insight that pushed him to build Ramped AI.
As CEO, Jonathan owns the company direction and client delivery. He's a Missouri native and lives in the Chesterfield area.

Abby Im
A UCLA Communication grad, Abby spent her early career running brand and content at two DTC startups. She came out of it with one stubborn belief: great marketing is mostly just real customer stories, told well.
She moved into B2B as the demand-gen lead at a Series B fintech, where she rebuilt the inbound funnel from scratch and tripled qualified pipeline in eighteen months. That's where she ran into the operator-level pain Ramped AI now solves.
At Ramped AI, Abby owns brand and demand. The website, the case studies, every customer story we ship. She lives in San Diego, where weekends usually mean surfing Pacific Beach or shooting film on her Leica.
