Terms of service

Last updated · June 26, 2026

These Terms govern access to Ramped AI, operated by Ai Ventures V1, LLC, including the website at 30dayramp.com, AI workflow services, customer portal, and connected business-system workflows.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Ramped AI's website, customer portal, AI workflow services, automations, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"). Ramped AI is operated by Ai Ventures V1, LLC.

By using the Services, booking a call, submitting information, connecting a third-party account, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that company's behalf.

2. What Ramped AI provides

Ramped AI designs, installs, and manages AI agents and workflows for business operations. Services may include workflow audits, workflow design, software configuration, customer portals, connected-account setup, automations, reports, drafts, and human-approved actions.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Ramped AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before use in decisions that matter.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the legality of your business use case, obtaining any required internal approvals, and making sure you have the right to connect or share any account, file, message, document, or dataset with the Services.

You are responsible for reviewing drafts, recommendations, reports, and proposed actions before relying on them or approving any external or state-changing action.

4. Connected accounts and third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party tools such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, calendars, email systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and other business applications when you authorize that connection.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, data errors, permission limits, API changes, billing, or other behavior of third-party services. You may revoke connected-account access through the third-party provider or by contacting us.

5. Approval-first workflow actions

Our default posture for connected business systems is read, summarize, draft, and recommend. Sending emails, moving messages, creating calendar events, sending invitations, changing records, posting accounting changes, paying bills, merging vendors, or taking other external/state-changing actions requires explicit approval unless a written agreement sets a different workflow.

You remain responsible for final approval of external communications, accounting classifications, customer records, calendar invitations, payments, and other business actions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, deceive people, access systems without authorization, upload malware, bypass security controls, or process data you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the Services creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

7. Fees and engagements

Fees, deliverables, refund terms, timelines, and any service-specific terms are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement between you and Ramped AI.

Unless agreed otherwise, recurring services continue until canceled under the applicable written agreement or billing arrangement.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data. You agree to keep credentials, magic links, approval links, and account access private and to notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Our handling of personal information and connected-system data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Ramped AI retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, software, prompts, know-how, documentation, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business data, customer data, documents, and materials you provide.

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, you receive a limited right to use deliverables provided to you for your internal business operations.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ramped AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
