Privacy policy

Last updated · June 26, 2026

This policy describes how Ramped AI, operated by Ai Ventures V1, LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website at 30dayramp.com, engage us as a customer, or authorize connected business-system workflows.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email, company, role, booking details, questionnaire answers, support requests, and messages you send to us.

For active customers or approved pilots, we may process operational data from systems you authorize or share with us, including data from tools such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, calendars, email systems, spreadsheets, documents, messaging platforms, and other business applications. The exact systems and permissions depend on the workflow you approve.

We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as pages viewed, referring URL, device type, and IP-derived approximate location. We do not buy or rent third-party data about you.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the website, prepare AI workflow audits, generate roadmaps, operate the customer portal, configure connected workflows, produce drafts and reports, support customers, improve the Services, and communicate with you about your engagement.

For connected accounting or business-system workflows, we use authorized data only for the approved workflow scope, such as reviewing records, summarizing issues, drafting operator questions, preparing review packets, or generating recommendations for human review.

We do not use customer connected-account data to train public AI models. We may use trusted AI and infrastructure providers to process information on our behalf under commercial terms and technical safeguards.

3. QuickBooks and connected-account data

If you connect QuickBooks or another third-party account, we access only the data needed for the workflow you authorize. Example uses include reading company/accounting records, reviewing transactions, identifying questions for the owner or bookkeeper, and preparing finance admin summaries.

Unless you separately approve an action workflow, Ramped AI does not post accounting changes, edit records, merge vendors, pay bills, send customer emails, connect bank feeds, or make other state-changing updates inside QuickBooks or similar systems.

You can revoke connected-account access through the provider or by contacting us. Revoking access may limit or stop parts of the Services that depend on that connection.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers and systems needed to operate the Services, such as hosting, database, email, AI processing, analytics, billing, authentication, communication, and the third-party applications you choose to connect.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or customer connected-account data.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-conscious site analytics to understand aggregate page activity and improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party behavioral ad trackers, or sell visitor profiles.

The customer portal may use signed, time-limited access links or authentication services to protect customer access.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve operational reliability.

Customer workflow data may be deleted, exported, or disconnected on request unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, billing, or audit purposes.

7. Your rights and choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we hold about you by emailing jon@30dayramp.com.

You can also ask us to disconnect a third-party account or stop a workflow that depends on connected-account access.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, limited credential handling, and operational review for connected workflows.

No internet service is perfectly secure. You should protect account credentials, magic links, approval links, and connected-account permissions, and tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

9. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
